Job Description

Growing Law firm in Cleveland, Ohio has a need for an Associate Attorney. If you are looking to gain experience working alongside top litigators, this is the place for you. You will enjoy learning all stages of trial preparation and trial from start to finish and an opportunity to work with a seasoned team of experienced litigators.

We represent a variety of clients from global corporations to small local businesses and individual clients in high-risk litigation and business disputes across the county.

Position responsibilities include:
• Defense litigation
• Trial preparation including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview and witness preparation
• Research into complex litigation areas
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Active Ohio Bar license required

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Ability to work independently and within a strong team

Compensation for this role generally ranges from $130,000 per year to $180,000 per year, dependent upon experience.

Requirements

1 or more years of related experience as an attorney

JD and Ohio Bar License
