Location: Camp Hill / Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid Schedule: Remote + In-office Days)

Hours: 35-40 hours/week

Sojourn Media is a creative marketing and video production company serving small businesses, churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations throughout Central Pennsylvania. We specialize in telling meaningful stories through video, social media, design, and digital marketing.

The Role

This position blends content creation, digital marketing, design, and on-set production support. You will help create and manage social media content for multiple clients, assist with advertising campaigns, design digital and print graphics, and support video and podcast production.

No two days will look the same—and that’s intentional.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Brainstorm and pitch content ideas for multiple brands
  • Write engaging captions and short-form content
  • Design graphics for social media (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms
  • Assist with content calendars and planning
  • Track basic performance metrics and help optimize content

Digital Advertising

  • Assist with creating and managing ads on platforms like Google Ads and Meta
  • Write ad copy and help develop creative concepts
  • Monitor performance and help with optimizations

Graphic Design & Print

  • Design flyers, posters, signage, and other print materials
  • Create supporting graphics for campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Maintain brand consistency across assets

Photography & Visual Support

  • Take photos for clients, events, and content libraries
  • Edit photos for social media and marketing use
  • Help organize and manage media files

Video & Podcast Production Support

  • Assist on video production sets (setup, breakdown, lighting, gear support, etc.)
  • Help with podcast setup and teardown
  • Occasionally assist with basic video editing or clipping
  • Be an extra set of hands and eyes on shoots

General Creative & Admin Support

  • Help with creative brainstorming and client projects
  • Assist with asset organization and project tracking
  • Jump in where needed to support the team
