Job Description

We are currently hiring an entry level Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer in our Environmental division at our Richmond, VA office. The Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Engineer will support environmental monitoring projects for both ecological and remediation services (such as soil management oversight, stormwater inspection oversight, wetland and stream delineations, etc.). A successful candidate will be able to perform various tasks including field work, data collection, environmental oversight on construction sites, and support project managers on various projects.

Duties

  • Assist with environmental oversight at active construction sites

  • Assist with records documentation and report writing.

  • Support field leads and project managers.

Requirements

  • 0-5 Years of experience required /preferred

  • BS in Environmental Science, Engineering. or Geology preferred MS Office Suite

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

  • Ability to walk all day over rough terrain

  • Ability to travel regularly
