A confidential outpatient practice seeks a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to deliver exceptional patient service and front-desk support in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Greet patients, manage check-in/intake , verify insurance, and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate EHR records and ensure privacy compliance
Answer phones, route messages, and support day-to-day office flow
Take vital signs , assist with basic life-support situations as trained, and support clinicians during visits
Coordinate across urgent care, internal medicine, geriatrics, and other departments as needed
Monitor and restock medical supplies; uphold infection control and safety protocols
Strong knowledge of medical terminology , anatomy/physiology
EHR proficiency ; excellent communication and patient-service mindset
Ability to take vital signs , follow medication/clinic protocols, and work calmly under pressure
Mediclear Certification or equivalent required
Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
