Location - Carrollton, GA 30117
**Job Description:**
We are looking for someone to help manage our medical practice. You will work closely with the hospital administration and the team responsible for regional management.
Your role will involve providing care in our busy Level-III NICU, which has 10 beds and handles about 1,000 babies born each year. You will also help other doctors grow in their skills and take on leadership roles both in the hospital and the community.
This is a full-time job where you will work one week and then have the next week off. You will be on call from home and will provide full-time support to our Nurse Practitioners.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics (this is a requirement).
- Must be Board Eligible (if you are working toward certification within five years after your fellowship) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (this is also a requirement).
- Must have a Georgia medical license or be willing to get one (this is required).
- Must have completed a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine before starting (this is a requirement).
- It is highly preferred to have a clean history with malpractice and licensing.
You will need to get a DEA number before starting your role.
**Certification Requirements:**
- Must be Board Certified.
- Must be Board Eligible.
**State License Requirements:**
- You need to have a license to practice in Georgia.
