Meeting and Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a dynamic person to support events, communications and membership initiatives for membership organizations. you'll support the Director with planning and provide assistance implementing in-person meetings and conventions as well as virtual educational sessions. Communications and Marketing skills will be an asset so that you can plan and distribute promotional emails and manage social media messaging. Experience creating digital and print materials such as flyers, advertising and signage using Canva, and/ or managing basic website content updates is a plus. Our ideal candidate will have experience coordinating projects, developing communications, working as part of a team and will have a basic knowledge of posting on social media platforms.

In-state travel will be required one to two nights per month to provide onsite event support such as registration desk, session support, and casual video or photography to post on our social media and other communications. Benefits include 401k, health insurance, paid leave, short and long-term disability. Training on specific platforms and processes will be provided.
