Role: Oracle HCM Analyst
Location: Canada (Remote)
Work Authorization: Canadian Citizens / Permanent Residents / Open Work Permit
Compensation: $40/hr $65/hr CAD (Based on Experience)
Travel: Not Required

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules while contributing to large-scale HR digital transformation initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence, and Learning.
We are offering a structured Training & Placement Program designed for professionals who want to build a successful career in Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud ERP).

Ideal Candidates May Have

• Experience or exposure in HR, Payroll, Talent Management, HR Operations, or HR Systems
• Strong interest in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong analytical skills, documentation abilities, and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and HR processes quickly
• Background in Business Analysis, HRIS, or ERP support is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, reviewing, and documenting HR business requirements related to Oracle HCM modules.
• Analyze HR workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Support configuration and setup activities in modules such as:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Absence Management
• Talent Management
• Learning
• Help maintain HR data accuracy, support audits, and generate HR reports.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, reports, and configuration workbooks.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quarterly Oracle updates.
• Support end users by addressing inquiries, creating training materials and job aids.
• Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and recommend enhancements to improve HR operations.
