About the Role

Our client, a reputable and growing personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced  Paralegal to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while handling litigation matters across  Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties .

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing complex litigation cases from inception through resolution. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficiency across the firm’s litigation caseload while supervising a small team and providing direct support to attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 50active litigation cases , ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are properly filed. 
  • Assist one attorney in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain consistent client communication and handle case updates efficiently.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with  Illinois state court procedures , particularly in  Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties .
  • Utilize strong technology skills to streamline case management processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2years of litigation experience , preferably within personal injury law.
