As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Removal/Asylum Paralegal to join our team remotely. If you are bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience with removal defense, asylum cases, and court-related immigration processes, we invite you to apply. As a Removal/Asylum Paralegal, you will be an essential part of our removal defense team, supporting attorneys in preparing filings before EOIR, managing documentation for asylum applications, and interacting with clients facing some of the most challenging immigration circumstances. This is a vital opportunity to serve with empathy, precision, and purpose in a high-impact environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file applications, motions, and briefs before EOIR and immigration courts.
• Support attorneys in asylum-related casework and procedural filings.
• Draft declarations, compile evidence, and maintain case files.
• Conduct legal research for court proceedings and filings.
• Coordinate with clients to gather supporting documents and prepare testimony.
• Maintain organized case records and track filing deadlines.
• Provide administrative and procedural support to the removal team.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on removal defense and asylum cases.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with EOIR processes and court documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Strong written communication and legal drafting skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently while coordinating with a team.
